Sunbury medical centre gutted by a suspicious fire

In suspicious circumstances the majority of the five-room practice was damaged by fire, smoke or water, but some equipment was salvaged and moved to a new clinic location. The clinic had operated for more than 30 years and saw up to 300 patients a day. The sudden inability of the medical facility to provide a service to the community placed a huge strain on the medical infrastructure in the region.
